PHYSICAL
HEALTH
Overall physical health, by having your connective tissues (fascia, muscle, tendons, ligaments, bones etc.) remain pain and injury free, is which ultimately keeps the locomotive system continued in a harmonious state*.
*also known as Homeostasis

Many have encountered at some point in their lives, that due to compromised posture, a sudden wrong movement (unconsciously/consciously during performed exercise) leads to pain occurring/building up around a joint/muscle due to various reasons.
Many know how much that can disturb and hold someone back when going on with their daily lives in their usual way.
Understanding what triggers such diagnostics, whether it be due to lifestyle reasons such as your profession that involves you being in a compromised posture for long hours*, can after a certain amount of time/frequent and unconscious repetitions, lead to these unfortunate circumstances.

*Including asymmetrical / one sided body chain movements or in a poor static position

Becoming aware and treating it with different preventive options, whether by manually palpating the specific extremities with different techniques to release the built-up lesions inside/around the connective tissue, and/or by strengthening with different exercise techniques the muscle/underused tissues.

NUTRITION

After all, everything that is consumed through caloric food and fluids is what truly shapes the overall body composition of your physical being.
The human body and its multiple systems* will either be optimally enhanced for body/tissue maintenance for repair and growth or be compromised due to lack of the right supplies and amount of macro-/micronutrients consumed.
Whether it be your musculoskeletal system, digestive system, or any other organ system working in harmony with the body*

Knowing and understanding why the key elements of nutrition are critical to optimal physical function and maintenance, allows you to be fuelled with the right base to start and finish your days at peak levels.
Consuming the right amount of food without total restriction (this would exclude Athletes depending on if they're on- or offseason), including different varieties of choice, and identifying the best time slots from their week structure, will lead to a better and more consistent flow once implemented.
For us to survive as individuals, one cannot exclude the vital importance of requiring to consume caloric foods and fluid for survival, so one may as well carry it out in an optimal way.

ABOUT
ME
From my early childhood years, physical exercise always played a substantial role in my life.
Staying physically active was and still is today a key part of who I am and the way I live my life.
Staying active such as with soccer, basketball, volleyball, track running etc.)

It wasn’t until my 2nd year in High School (2010, Toronto, Canada) that I was old enough (grade-wise) to apply for the Weight Training course while simultaneously keeping Phys Ed as part of my course curriculum.
At Age 16, I began the Weight Training course, where I acquired some training fundamentals. I also worked in a Health Club through the Co-Op course I applied for in my last semester a year later, being able to work side by side with Personal Trainers and absorbing their knowledge. Both of these took place all before my family and I made our move back to our hometown, Zurich, Switzerland.

Today and well over a decade later, weight training has been engraved into my overall lifestyle. Taking all the fundamentals, I got a taste of in my last years living in Canada as my base, and all the knowledge that was acquired throughout the way.
From spending years structuring my own plans with continuous improvement, to working with elite class coaches and being coached/trained by them, particularly during my competition phase as a Men’s Physique Athlete (IFBB 2014-2016 National/International).
These combined experiences have given me the base to lay a solid foundation for everything related to weight training and nutrition, which led me to start and apply it to others.

Heading 5
After competing and solely focusing on the physical aspect of training and nutrition to shape the physique immaculately, I understood that I needed to dive deeper into the musculoskeletal system (all connective tissues). This enabled me to gain a greater understanding from a manual aspect and optimize the best recovery by aiming to remain pain (and injury) free and ensuring continued optimal performance.
In 2018, I enrolled in my first course. I built my foundation in the Sports Massage sector of physical therapy. In particular, understanding how athletes (or anyone that is/stays physically active) can have their tissues physically palpated/therapeutically treated for a pre-physical activity to aid in exceptional performance or optimal recovery post-training.

Afterward, I continued the path to understand how other connective tissues, such as bones/ligaments, can be mobilized through different techniques. This was acquired through studying at Chiropractic School (Ackermann College, Stockholm 2019-2022).
Continuing to learning different techniques to engage with the physique by aiming for optimal recovery is a lifelong process I enjoy.
My goal today is to assist individuals and teams by applying all the different fundamentals and techniques I have acquired/utilized in the past decade.
With consistency, regardless of overall lifestyle and intensity, one can rightly define and implement an optimal solution to improve life in a better, fitter, and healthier way.
This can be done by becoming more physically active, optimizing physical aspects through manual therapy treatments/physical activities, or simply growing more in tune with a tailored nutrition plan.
For all, there is a better, fitter, and healthier way to live.
